- You should work on all the muscle group of the face so that

These are the muscles you will be working on:
- The muscles surrounding the EYES. When these muscles are worked,
the small eyelid muscles are also worked, preventing hooded eyelids.
- The muscles surrounding the MOUTH. When these muscles are worked properly,
other smaller muscles of expression are also worked.
- The muscles of the CHIN. When these muscles are worked, the muscles at the front area of the neck is also worked.
- The muscles at the FRONT OF THE NECK. These muscles when toned up gives vibrant, youthful appearance
FACE YOGA GUIDELINES
- Avoid using any make up on face during face yoga practice.
- Wash face properly before the start of the practice.
- Always apply oil/cream before starting face yoga regime.
- Keep face and hands clean-nails cut short.
- Gentle tapping or massage is needed as the facial muscles and nerves are sensitive and delicate.
Regular practice required.
- Any age group can be performed.
